Privacy

This explains what ParadoxAI (Jahja Fuga, trading as ParadoxAI) collects and why. Contact: hello@getparadoxai.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, your plan, your orders and your license keys.
• Payment details from MoonPay Commerce: the amount, the coin and network, the transaction hash and the wallet address it came from. We never see card numbers.
• Basic security data: when you logged in, and your browser type, so you can see and end your sessions.
• Images you send to us for trainings, and images you send to Lens, only to do the job you asked for.

Why

To run your account and membership, to deliver trainings and tools, to send you login codes, receipts and renewal reminders, to keep the service secure, and to keep the records the law asks of us.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare hosts the site and its database.
• MoonPay Commerce processes payments.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Google Fonts serves the site's fonts.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Blockchain payments are public

A crypto payment is recorded on a public blockchain. Anyone can see that transaction, though not that it was you, unless your wallet is linked to you elsewhere.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in, and one that lasts a minute to show messages after you click something. Both are needed for the site to work.

How long we keep it

Your account data stays while you have an account. Order records are kept for 6 years for tax. Training references are deleted 30 days after we deliver your LoRA. Lens images aren't stored.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for your account to be deleted. Email us from your account address. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
