Terms of service

These terms cover your ParadoxAI membership. ParadoxAI is run by Jahja Fuga, trading as ParadoxAI. Questions: hello@getparadoxai.com.

Your membership

You get what your plan listed on our site when you bought it: workflows, updates, trainings, tools and support. We improve the membership over time and may change what's included, but we won't remove a paid feature from you during a period you've already paid for.

Accounts and keys

• One key is for one person. Studio team keys are for people on your own team.
• Don't share, sell or publish your key. We can reset or pause a key that's being shared or abused.
• Keep access to your email, because that's how you log in.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. You pay in crypto through MoonPay Commerce, or by card where MoonPay offers it.
• You pay any blockchain network fees. A crypto payment is final once it's confirmed on the blockchain.
• Memberships don't renew by themselves. Each period is paid for separately; we email you before yours ends.
• If you don't renew, your key keeps working for 7 more days, then pauses until you renew.

Cancelling and refunds

Your membership is digital and starts straight away. When you buy, you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once your key is issued. You can simply not renew at any time. If something we provide doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll fix it, or refund you where the law requires.

Trainings and what you create

• We only train fictional characters, or real adults who have given signed consent with ID. Never anyone who looks under 18, and no celebrities or public figures.
• You must have the right to every reference image you send us.
• What you make with our workflows is yours, and every LoRA we train for you is yours to keep, during and after your membership.

Using ParadoxAI responsibly

Don't use ParadoxAI to make anything illegal, to depict real people without their consent, to deceive people about who or what they're talking to, or to make anything involving minors. Label AI content where a platform or the law requires it. We can end the membership of anyone who breaks this, without a refund.

Our software and third-party models

Our workflows, nodes and tools are licensed to you for your own use while you're a member. Don't resell or redistribute them. The models they use (such as Krea 2 and WAN 2.2) come with their own licences, and you're responsible for following them.

Liability

We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise it's never interrupted. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and email members about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
